Like many schools across the country, members of the Trinity community are proud to support frontline workers across the NHS and care homes during the fight against coronavirus.

Our DT staff have been producing protective visors using our 3D printers, so far making 120. The visors have been delivered to local care homes and doctor surgeries, as well as to local hospitals.

One surgery was Forge Close Surgery in Hayes, Bromley. Pictured is Senior Partner, Dr Sarah Young, who will be sharing this kit with the local midwifery team who have been running critically short of PPE.

Other members of our staff community are contributing to the nationwide ‘Sew for the NHS’ initiative, working with local groups and sewing shops to create scrubs, hats and face masks for medical staff.

If there are other members of the community who would like to contribute, take a look on social media for your local sewing group or sewing shop.
