Keith Bedell-Pearce CBE
Keith was educated at Trinity, Exeter and Warwick and is a solicitor. He retired in 2001 after a 30 year career in the City and was appointed chairman of a number of private and public sector organisations. He is now the non-executive chairman of a technology company, the Honorary Treasurer and an Honorary Professor of the University of Warwick and a member of the investment committee of the Royal Society.
Richard Glennie
Richard is currently working as EMEA Communications Director for Nike, based in the Netherlands, where he is responsible for the development of creative and strategic geo-wide strategies in support of the brand and business. This role involves working with some of the world’s biggest athletes, teams and partners. Prior to Nike, Richard held senior level roles including EMEA Communications Director at Reebok, running the global collaboration with Emporio Armani as well as European Marketing Communications Director at Tommy Hilfiger. Richard has also worked for WPP’s flagship communications consultancy Hill & Knowlton, with clients including Adidas and the Rugby Football Union, and has published work with leading retail analysts WGSN. Educated at Trinity School and Loughborough University, where he graduated in English and Art History, Richard has also studied at Central St Martin’s and the British Institute of Florence.
Terence Perrin
Terence has held senior roles at global organisations including Towers Watson, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan, KPMG and BNP Paribas. Terence is a subject matter expert in graduate and early careers, MBA and experienced in talent acquisition and development. He regularly presents at global conferences and is an experienced HR professional with a focus on executive coaching, talent management and development and recruitment. Terence is Chair of the TSC External Relations sub-committee.
David Boxall
When David left Trinity School in 1982 he studied design and completed an MA at Central Saint Martins. He managed an international engineering design consultancy for ten years, specialising in long-span bridges. In 1997 he founded a digital design agency, 301 Design, delivering branding, marketing and publishing solutions to businesses such as Johnson & Johnson, Institution of Civil Engineers and Novartis. He continues to lead the design agency and also set up an IT recruitment agency, GEO20, in 2016. David is a keen sportsman and has been Captain of Surrey County Golf and an England Golf selector.
Rachel Fletcher
Rachel is the co-founder and CEO of a global higher education sector technology and services business, helping universities connect more meaningfully with their prospective students. Rachel provides the strategic vision and orchestrates high quality execution – working with multi-disciplinary teams locally and around the world, leading 300+ employees. Rachel led the business to a successful exit in 2021, and continues to lead and contribute as a member of the parent company’s Executive Management Team. For several years she was a Trustee of the charity, Interim Spaces, set up to create affordable co-working space in the UK for people in the creative industries. A Brit by birth, Rachel grew up in New Zealand and has studied in five different countries, gaining three degrees in arts and business-based subjects. She is a current parent and has been a class rep as part of the TPA.
Patricia Charlery Leon
Patricia is an experienced marketing consultant with more than 25 years’ experience, mainly within the travel and tourism industry. She has a degree in Business Studies and started her career in event management. She spent 12 years with the Saint Lucia Tourist Board, six of those as the Director of Marketing, UK and Europe. She was responsible for setting-up the UK office and appointing representatives for Germany and France. Following a career break in 2012, she spent four years as a freelance marketing consultant in the travel sector.
In 2017 she founded her own sales and marketing consultancy, PCL Marketing Ltd, securing the contract for the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) in the UK. In her position as the UK & European Director for the SLTA, Patricia regularly advises senior members of the Saint Lucian Government, including the High Commissioner and the Minister for Tourism for Saint Lucia. Under her tenure, Saint Lucia transformed from a relatively unknown Caribbean island to an award-winning destination with high awareness and strong arrivals from the UK. She has held various senior positions on committees including the Caribbean Tourism Organisation. Prior to her role on the Trinity Governing Board, she served as an active Parent Governor at Ridgway Primary School in South Croydon for seven years.
