Our Open Day is designed for families considering entry at 10+ (Year 6), 11+ (Year 7), 13+ (Year 9) or 16+ (Sixth Form). Whether you’re just beginning your school search or are ready to apply, we’d be delighted to welcome you.

Absolutely. We encourage prospective students to attend, as Open Day is a great opportunity to experience life at Trinity, meet current students and teachers, and explore the opportunities available.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our staff and students before setting off on a personalised tour led by one of our student ambassadors. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our academic departments, watch interactive demonstrations, meet teachers and students, speak with our admissions and pastoral teams, and hear from our Headmaster (please make sure you book a space on one of the Headmaster’s talks).

Yes. Booking is essential so we can provide every family with the best possible experience and allocate you to one of our Headmaster’s talks.

Families interested in 10+ and 11+ entry can choose from talks at 9.15am, 10.15am or 1.00pm, with an additional Lower School presentation at 12.00pm. The 12.00pm talk will be hosted by our Head of Lower School Mrs Hannah Carey and Assistant Head, Lower and Middle School, Mr Jack Munnery. They will explain all about life in the Lower School, how we welcome new students and ensure they settle in quickly through our induction programme and all the amazing opportunities available from the moment you join Trinity.

Families interested in 16+ entry are encouraged to attend the dedicated Sixth Form presentation at 11.00am.

Please note that tours finish before the 1.00pm talk, as the School closes at the end of the event.

Yes. This year’s Open Day is an excellent opportunity to learn more about our transition to full co-education. From September 2027, we’ll welcome girls into Year 6 and Year 7, building on 15 years of successful co-education in our Sixth Form. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions throughout the morning.

Yes. Every department will be open, with teachers and students available to talk about subjects, co-curricular opportunities and life at Trinity. You’ll also be able to meet members of our admissions, SEND, pastoral, digital learning and scholarship teams.

Most families spend around two to three hours at Open Day, depending on which Headmaster’s talk they attend and how much time they would like to spend exploring the School.

Limited parking is available on site for visitors with accessibility requirements. Additional parking is available at our sports fields at Sandilands, where complimentary shuttle buses will bring you to the School.

Full details of parking will be shared by the team nearer to the event.

If you choose to park on nearby residential roads, we kindly ask that you are considerate of our neighbours and observe any parking restrictions.

Yes. Refreshments will be available throughout the morning.

If you’re unable to join us on Saturday 3 October, we also offer small-group weekday tours during the autumn term. These provide another opportunity to see Trinity in action, meet members of staff and ask questions about admissions. Please book these via the link below.
