Following their debut production The Party last summer, our recent leavers took an original piece The Last Sesh to this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
The company of Sixth Form students delivered a poignant script packed full of laughs and emotion true to life. Writer, fellow student Tom Foreman, developed a sell-out piece which relentlessly mocks the pitfalls of ‘lad-culture’, and delivers a message to his generation about lessons in life and growing up. The performance received some great reviews.
Our Drama department are very proud of their success, and want to reiterate the huge challenge of staging, raising funds for and being successful at the Fringe.
We wish all of the group the very best for the future!
