It was a great week for Trinity 1XI Hockey, with strong performances from both the boys’ and girls’ 1st teams.
The 1XI Boys continued their promising start to the season with a 4-1 victory over Eltham. The team showcased some excellent hockey and worked hard on tactical play, producing a well-rounded team performance.

For the girls’ 1XI, this week marked their first outing of the season – and what a start! The team responded brilliantly after going 1-0 down in the first half, ultimately securing a 3-2 win over Woldingham.
Four Lower Sixth girls made their first-ever appearance for the school and all impressed, contributing to an excellent team effort. Standout players were Sophie C, Elouise B, and Izzy T (U6), while goals were scored by:
The girls’ team showed great resilience and spirit in their debut match, particularly as they have only known eachother for a couple of weeks, setting an encouraging tone for the rest of the season.
