Each year, in addition to the School Carol Service, Trinity Choristers sing a traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols at St Michael and All Angels’ in West Croydon. This was not possible this year, so the below was safely recorded in the Concert Hall after the end of term.
This is a tremendous and heart warming effort by the boys, as it was rehearsed and recorded safely in one day!
As the carols and readings were filmed at Trinity School, it seemed appropriate to invite a former Trinity Chorister to officiate. We were delighted that Dr Canon Michael Brierley, Canon Precentor at Worcester Cathedral, agreed to contribute the Bidding Prayer and Blessing, and these were filmed in the beautiful setting of Worcester Cathedral.
