We’re delighted to be once again opening the doors to the Trinity Jazz Club on Friday 12th November.
After the success of the pre-Covid inaugural club night, we’ve been dying to get things back up and running! Joining Joe Pettitt’s all-star ‘house trio’, we have the fantastic singer Freddie Benedict. Freddie is a Trinity alumnus who, since leaving, went on to being the lead vocalist with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and a choral scholar at Kings College London. He was our Head Chorister but now finds himself more at home with his own jazz quintet and singing at venues such as Ronnie Scott’s.
Our own rather spectacular Jazz Collective will be playing a support slot before Freddie. The evening is held in the Sixth Form Centre where there will also be a cash bar. Entry is £10 but is free to all Trinity students. Doors open at 6.30pm and the music starts at 7.00pm. We anticipate the evening to finish at around 9.45pm.
