Trinity Open Art Awards Exhibition Private View

29th June 2026, 4-7pm

All parents and members of the Trinity community are invited to the Private View of this year’s Trinity Open Art Awards Exhibition on Monday 29 June from 4.00pm to 7.00pm in the Art Department.

Now in its seventeenth year, the Trinity Open Art Awards celebrate the creativity, imagination and individuality of our whole community. Open to students, staff, alumni and family members, the exhibition showcases an inspiring range of work across many different media, including painting, photography, film, textiles, sculpture and more.

With no set theme, artists are encouraged to be ambitious, experimental and personal in their approach, resulting in a vibrant and diverse exhibition filled with originality, talent and creativity.

The winners of this year’s competition will be on display, with awards presented across Lower School, Middle School and Upper School categories, alongside an overall winning entry, which will receive the Trinity Open Art Award glass trophy at the final assembly of term. A separate prize will also recognise outstanding entries from staff and family members.

Running alongside the Open Art Awards exhibition will be a special private view of this year’s GCSE and A Level Art and Photography exhibition in the Shaw Gallery and across the department, celebrating the exceptional creativity, technical skill and personal expression of our examination students.

We very much look forward to welcoming families and friends to an evening celebrating the artistic life of the Trinity community.
