This week marks the official launch of Trinity60, a year-long celebration of 60 years since Trinity moved to Shirley Park. The campaign invites our whole community to reflect on six decades of achievement and belonging, while looking ahead to what we can accomplish together in the years to come.

At the heart of Trinity60 is the Trinity Bursary Fund, which ensures that a Trinity education remains open to talented young people from all backgrounds. Every student benefits from the rich diversity of our community, and bursaries are central to that vision.

As one former parent shared, “Many of the most positive aspects of our boys’ education and development at Trinity have been driven by the diversity of the student body. Supporting the fund helps to ensure this diversity can continue for the benefit of all current and future students.”

In his assembly this week, the Headmaster launched the Trinity60 Challenge, encouraging every student to raise £60 for the Bursary Fund over the course of the year. Creativity and enthusiasm are already in full flow, and we look forward to sharing their fundraising ideas and successes in the weeks ahead.

Students who reach the £60 target will receive a Trinity60 commemorative badge, with special prizes for those who raise £300 or more.

Parents can find out more and watch the Headmaster’s Trinity60 assembly here to learn more about the campaign’s aims and its connection to widening access through the Bursary Fund.

The Development Team will be coordinating Trinity60 throughout the year and would love to hear from parents who would like to get involved at development@trinity.croydon.sch.uk or if you would like to donate directly, please go to: www.trinitygives.org.uk

Thank you for helping us celebrate this important milestone and for sustaining a community where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
