We were delighted to welcome Amber Evans, editor of lifestyle website Muddy Stilettos, to Trinity before the half term.

Following our announcement that we will be accepting girls in Year 6 and 7 from September 2027, she was keen to have a tour of the school, meet our staff and students and share a review with her readers.

She recognised that we are a school “with diversity and inclusion at its core…with everything you’d expect from a top senior school – and a lot more.”

On sport, Amber was impressed by our sports-for-all ethos, which also delivers results, and we didn’t mind taking her past our trophy cabinet to show off some of our recent wins.

She called our music department ‘outstanding’ and “closer to specialist music school level than the average school music offering”, citing the broad instrumental and performance opportunities available. She also mentioned the support we provide to students pursuing professional careers in the arts, with many of our Drama students involved in TV, stage and film projects.

Amber reported that “Academics are balanced with the extensive co-curricular programme – and from what I could see this is a buzzy and dynamic school that’s achieving great things on a lot of levels.”

If you would like to read the full review, please head to the Muddy Stilettos website here.

Thank you Amber, for the lovely write-up.
