Our Sixth form is an inspiring and diverse community with many co-curricular options, as well as our enriching Diploma programme, which we believe is central to a rounded and balanced education. The opportunity to take 4 A Levels at the start of the Lower Sixth (and later choose to drop to 3) provides versatility, and our Diploma programme enables all to develop a host of study and research skills as well as soft skills which offer preparation for higher education or the world of work.
We are very proud of what our students achieve in their exams. Their results give them access to the world’s best universities and colleges, as well as competitive apprenticeships. But most of all, we are proud of who they become.
Welcome, we’re delighted you are interested in Trinity. You’re probably wondering what is it like to be a member of our exciting, happy, busy community? It is probably easier for us, or more accurately some of our recent joiners, to show you what a day in the life of our students’ feels like!
What makes Trinity special is something that should be felt as much as it should be seen and for that reason, we’d love to welcome you to visit us.
We host a series of tours during the Autumn and Summer terms, giving you the opportunity to experience all the fantastic facilities that we have to offer. More importantly though, these are an opportunity to meet our community, staff and students, and they are what make Trinity unique.
Trinity is well served by a number of bus, train and tram routes. How to find us.

Terms and conditions
We expect all our students, both internal and external applicants, to achieve at least six GCSEs at grade 7 or above (or grade A or above) and to meet the subject specific requirements for A Level study, which can be found in our A Level Choices Guide.
All students applying to Trinity School will need to complete three assessments as part of their Entrance Exam. The assessments consist of a combination of computer-based and written components and are designed to assess academic ability regardless of the subjects you wish to study at A Level.
If your child is successful in our entrance examinations, we will have the pleasure of inviting them to attend an interview with a member of our teaching staff.
Candidates who have performed well enough in the examinations will be invited back for interview. The interviews are a chance for us to get to know you, to discuss your ambitions, your interests, your engagement with the wider world, and what you hope to gain from studying here: we are looking to identify students who will flourish at Trinity and make the most of our academic provision whilst making a meaningful contribution to the community.
Our interview day will take place on Saturday 23 November between 8.30am – 2.00pm.
Our admissions process is carefully designed to be as streamlined as possible. This video explains the process from first hearing about us, to the first day we welcome your son into our care.
We hope that we have answered all your questions and that you are exciting about applying to Trinity; we are excited about meeting you!
If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Admissions team, who will be happy to help.
