Our students took part in a fun and rewarding Field Day this week.
Some students devoted a day to volunteering in the local community and others took part in a range of activities to challenge them in practical ways.
Several Fourth and Fifth Year students assisted in hosting a Panathlon event for local Catholic Primary Schools, whilst other students delivered donations to Shrublands Trust Food Bank, and worked with them for the day, sorting the donations kindly given by members of the Trinity community.
Our Chinese students made a trip to Wing Yip to test their understanding of the language in a different environment; our CCF enjoyed their day at nearby Frylands wood, and our Junior Year students had a fun day full of maths challenges.
Our Head of Community Action, Claire Burrage, said: “We are so lucky to work with so many incredible local organisations, and really appreciate the time they put into the programmes for all our student volunteers”.
