The most outstanding individuals and institutions that the independent sector has to offer have been recognised in the shortlist for the 2019 Tes Independent School Awards.
It’s been revealed that Trinity School has been shortlisted for the Senior School of the Year award.
Tes editor Ann Mroz said: “Independent education in this country is truly world class. It’s one of our great success stories. And those shortlisted for the Tes Independent School Awards are the crème de la crème. We received a record number of entries this year and the standard is the highest yet, so to be shortlisted is an extraordinary achievement for any school.”
Alasdair Kennedy, Trinity’s Headmaster, said: “We are delighted for the whole school community that Trinity has been shortlisted for this award. It reflects the commitment of many people over a number of years – staff, students and parents included – to giving our young people an experience of school that is as excellent, enjoyable and grounded as it can be.”
The winners will be revealed at a gala awards evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on Friday 1 February 2019
