This week, our Second Year students discussed resilience and what it means in everyday life.
During the sessions, students discussed what it means to be resilient and how they can show more resilience in their day-to-day lives. They considered the theme of resilience in academic life, extra-curricular life and life outside of school.
Recently, they looked at the example of Sir Mo Farah, and how he has demonstrated resilience throughout his life.
The boys are learning about building resilience, using tools to help them to overcome different challenges that will inevitably arise during their lives.
