Lower Sixth Psychology students have recently learned about the structure and function of neurons as part of their Biopsychology topic.
They recently rose to the challenge of creating a motor neuron and delivered some beautiful art work at the same time.
Mr Heaton comments: “I thought I would share some fantastic work the LS Psychology students have been doing recently. They rose to the challenge of creating a motor neuron out of resources found at home and labelling up the parts. The department were very impressed with the creations. This was a great mindfulness task, allowing for creativity and effective learning of the structure of a neurone.”
You can see more impressive work currently on show in Trinity’s Blue Cube online gallery.
