Fourth Year students recently attended a talk on stress and anger management from external speaker, Kevin Hayes of The Constant Change Company.
The boys found the talk engaging, helping them to identify the signs in themselves and others that indicate stress and anger becoming an issue.
“Kevin’s comedic approach allowed the boys to find the concept much more accessible, but the important management techniques were communicated in a way that still highlighted the serious impact that stress and anger can have and how certain mechanisms could help to address them,” said Mr Hodge, Head of Fourth Year.
The boys described the talk as “very useful and easy to understand”, describing the speaker as “funny but with an important message”.
Hopefully this will help the boys as they begin their journey through GCSEs.
