Trinity Parents Association AGM

4 October 7.30-9.30 pm

Trinity Parents Association AGM

We are looking forward to this year’s Trinity Parents’ Association AGM and you are invited to attend. The role of the Trinity Parents’ Association is to bring the Trinity community together and provide benefits for those associated with the community and beyond. At our AGM we share the experiences of the last academic year and set out our plans for the year ahead. We appoint a new committee and hear moving presentations from a shortlist of charities, before voting for the charity partner who will receive a donation from this year’s TPA fundraising activities. As parents, you are automatically members of the TPA and your input into what we do, and how we do it, is vital in ensuring that we take account of the views of the wider community.

This year’s AGM takes place on Monday 4th October (7.30pm – 9.30pm) and we are very pleased to be able to host the AGM in person in the Sandison Room. Due to the Covid Pandemic in 2020 we supported the Trinity Bursary Fund in lieu of voting for an external charity, however this year we are back to our normal election process.

As a precursor for the evening, please review the shortlist of the registered charities nominated for TPA funding this year. We hope you will be able to attend in person to hear the presentations from each of the charities. This year voting will take place via an online poll using the QR code below, so if you are not able to attend the AGM you can still register your vote. This meeting is a great opportunity to meet other parents in the Trinity community and refreshments will be provided.
