The Wizard of Oz is a timeless musical that never loses its sparkle or appeal. This autumn we present the RSC version of the story in the Trinity Concert Hall, soon to be transformed with the installation of a revolving yellow brick road, a 28-piece orchestra (who ever sees a musical with 28 musicians these days?) and a wealth of projections and special effects. A vast array of vibrant costumes and bespoke props will create the colour and magic of the wonderful world of Oz and the 60-strong cast and crew will allow the best of Trinity’s dramatic and musical student talent to shine. Did someone mention the flying monkeys are going to be riding scooters?
Early bird tickets are available at a reduced price until half term.
So do book early for what promises to be a fantastic experience as we follow Dorothy and Toto over the rainbow.
