Our Fifth Year students studying art visited the Tate Modern, Tate Britain South Bank in preparation for their GCSEs.

We took photographs of the work on display, focusing on paintings, sculptures, installations and photographs from well-known artists.
We also documented the work in our externally set assignment sketchbooks and drew immediate responses, as it is important to work from primary source material.
Overall, it was a really useful day that will help us prepare for our final ten hour exam at the beginning of the Summer term.
