Hard Cell

The Headmaster examines a competition entryIn the First Year Make a Model of a Cell Competition, boys were asked to make a model of an animal, plant of other cell type using any material they could find at home, including paper, plastic, balloons…and jelly! The imaginative results -  including a red blood cell cake, plant cell cookies,  a basketball model of an animal cell and a rope nerve cell - were judged by the Headmaster who was most impressed by both the range of cells and the variety of materials used to make them.
